Today I want to share some of the vitamins I used to avoid health issues in middle age, especially in ladies. 

But first, you must understand that a lot of dr didn't recommend them and said to complete your needs with food.

But unfortunately, nowadays there is nothing natural and organic so in most people and in my opinion and experience, we must take them.

Firstly one can understand multivitamins. Today I want to share some valuable information with you.

What are multivitamins:

Multivitamins are supplements that contain a combination of different vitamins and minerals. They are designed to provide recommended daily intake of essential nutrients.

Multivitamins contain a range of vitamins, such as vitamin A, B-complex vitamins (including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12), vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E. They may also contain minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron.

It's important to understand that although vitamin supplements have a lot of benefits, they are not intended to replace a healthy diet.

Normally said that do consult the doctor before use but I am personally not fond of it because most of the time nowadays doctors have their own affiliations with brands. So they don't care about patients but their own benefits.

But it's obvious you must consult your dr before use because of your personal health issues because health is a sensitive topic.

Are Vitamins Daily recommended or not?:

Normally it´s recommended to use vitamins on daily bases.
Yet daily intake of vitamins depends on
age, sex, and other factors such as pregnancy or breastfeeding.
My one of a friend who is a Nurse advised me must take multivitamins and omega-3 after 35.
Firstly I don't pay attention to what she said but after 2,3 years I am very thankful to her for suggesting me vitamins and omega 3.


Is there a way to tell which brands are the best?


There are no such criteria for it. Check the ingredients list to make sure the vitamins are derived from natural sources and are free from artificial or animal sources.
In general, I like to check reviews of products before online shopping. Earlier I used to think that the one with good reviews should be good.
But after the experience, I learned that the product is good when it has only 2 0r 3 stars in reviews.
